My name is Stephanie Renae.

I am married to my best friend and soulmate, and we have two beautiful children and one feisty Yellow Lab. We live north of Sacramento, CA and we love to travel and go on adventures!

I stumbled into this business in 2006 as a favor to friends when their wedding photographer backed out at the last minute. I was extremely nervous, but it opened a floodgate and I never looked back.

Photography is hard. I can't tell you how often I have cried with expecting parents or giggled through a wardrobe malfunction with a laughing boudoir model.

Vanessa

The girl behind the scenes (read: screens).

Working remotely from the Central Coast, Vanessa assists with all things graphic creation/promotion and marketing strategy for Stephanie Renae Photography. A previous Executive Director for a profitable marketing agency, Vanessa now focuses her full attention on co-pastoring Canyon Hills: SLO alongside her husband Rich, and raising two fierce sons. While business is no longer her full time endeavor, marketing still runs deep in her veins and she can’t help but offer assistance wherever and whenever needed.
